Introduction
SilibaseDFE-1488 Defoamer is Suitable For JS/acrylic Waterproofing System Similar to TEGO® Foamex 1488.
Excellent foam breaking and bubble suppression ability, suitable for JS waterproof coating, acrylic waterproof paints and elastomeric coatings.

Physical and Chemical Properties
Composition: compound silicone oil, SiO2, nonionic emulsifier
Appearance: white emulsion
Active content: 30%
pH: 6-7

Application
Analogue for TEGO® Foamex 1488, featuring similar SiO2-enhanced composition with optimized stability for construction chemical applications.
Suitable for JS waterproof coating, acrylic waterproof paints and elastomeric coatings.

Dosage
A level of 0.1% to 0.5% calculated on the total quantity of the paint system is recommended.

Instruction
Shake to uniform before use. Add it into the paint systems under stirring slowly. Cost-effective approach is to add half of the quantity at the feed stage and the rest during the letdown stage.

Similar to TEGO® Foamex 1488, this white emulsion demonstrates comparable pH stability (6-7) and storage characteristics in standard plastic drum packaging.

Storage
It should be stored in closed containers in a dry and cool place.
